4.5-5; very unique omegaverse! I like how it strayed way from the typical mate-trope, and differentiated physical mates (marking) from emotional mates (marriage + family) The alpha (not seme) side character was surprisingly decent in his own eccentric way hahaha, I sorta liked him cuz he respected enough to provide accommodations. Just, uh, he had a lot of emotional screws loose so not a great person by any means

4.5-5; the kinkiness is off the charts lmaooooo blessed asf The seme’s got anger issues to work through tho, and uke needs to respect himself more cuz he’s 100% a walking doormat rn (and the manga depicts that as a cute wholesome thing...) The story depicts the scary relationship situations really well (scary rape + humiliation etc) BUT it concludes them in an unrealistically wholesome way. So uh, the fluff is pretty shoehorned considering the really angst vibes during the dramatic conflicts

4.5-5; some parts of the characterization and/or char development felt a bit off to me, but that could just be me & my preferences. The overall story was cohesive and well-done! It made the cute and wholesome parts REALLY cute and wholesome

A MASTERPIECE IN PLOT, CHARACTERIZATION, ART, EVERYTHUNG Ngl I did like the first pairing more cuz of their personalities (in prequels), but this pairing hits home the MOST and I empathize with the uke a fk ton. The seme’s SUPER HAWT TOO HAHAHA

4.5-5 Good smut and really enjoyable wholesome + humour moments; the way the established couples act make it easy to love them! The side characters (except for that antagonist-ish dude) are all so nice to the main couple and it’s wholesome to see all those dynamics. But uh, their actions during conflict is...uh. It’s just, uhhhh the author doesn’t seem to know how to make reasonable dialogues and actions for conflict. It always leaves me going like “why u mad about that?” “That’s your reaction??” And stuff like that. Also, some of the uke’s actions (mostly in the beginning when the story was trying to establish the couple) were super dick-ish to the point that it was like the author didn’t know how to make his character properly (it seemed shallow and off considering his family background and current stare of life.) Idk, the seme has super nice and well-rounded ADULT-LIKE personality but the uke seems to have regressed 10 years despite being older than the seme lmao The silver lining: the author knows how to make a generally healthy and wholesome couple, just doesn’t know how to get there LOL

AMAZING ACTION, ALL CHARACTERS (except for the super-antagonists sorta, but even they’re empathizable so they’re also well-made characters) ARE SUPER COMPLEX AND RESPECTABLE AND AMAZING, THE PLOT HAS AMAZING PACING, THE BALANCE BETWEEN ACTION & ANGST & BITTERSWEET & WHOLESOME & COMEDY IS IMPECCABLE. Character developments of main cast is super wholesome! The story low key reads like a feel-good story of “super traumatized kid finally gets paid his dues so surrogate family members are now flocking to his side” which causes a bit of jealousy in me HAHA but I 10000% support these chars :) Also I like how they introduced the main-ish girl (Yuna) in a respectable manner. The author didn’t stick a girl into the story, immediately make her love the protag and have her chase his ass. They instead made her have an established good relationship with the sister and build her as a respectable character overall. No signs of romance quite yet, and I love the (more realistic) pacing! No shoehorned romance here, we love to see it. ALSO SUKJOO (I forgot his name) THE BODYGUARD + SECRETARY is so darn humble and modest and smart, I admire to be someone like him. No overblown ego, no misplaced jealousy, very mature and HNG I respect him 100%! Oh yes Yuna is very adorable and likeable too, love that

Some GOOD FKN FOOD Really respectful duo! And the mediator grandpa is HELLA AWESOME AND ADORABLE AND FUNNY HAHAHA bless that saint. All the chars were nice :)))))
