It reads like a bad soap opera Author shoved all the plot devices she could find and slapped it into the story; it just came out as a broken collage of the most mismatched elements Too much politics and political family drama and zero chemistry between main leads Seme’s subsequent actions had good intentions, but from the uke’s perspective they should’ve been just as threatening??? Why tf does the uke like him Also I did not like the O-faces and the uke’s appearance during smut scenes lol (too superficial? Or uhhh just uhhh yeah nah)

Lots of rich people politics lol but it’s pretty good! The main leads are really likeable characters (it’s not looking like a 3p which is unfortunate) and I’m liking the character dynamics The plot’s (+ character dynamics to remember) more complex than your typical yaoi; remembering them will be hard by the next update

Plot technically wasn’t anything unique, but I LOVED THE CHAR DYNAMICS NONETHELESS The care the seme has for the uke is so softtttttt And I like the uke’s angst hehe

Surprisingly sentimental and good, it’s angst was great and the badass actor moments were really nice. Some panels were straight fire with the effects and perspective. I’m still feeling some of the effects from the worldbuilding; it just had some powerful nostalgia and strong vibes that linger even after I finish reading. Similar to Skip Beat’s vibes, in a way. Good plot and worldbuilding Zero points for characterization though. It’s just…I didn’t see the romantic chemistry at all. The uke has a typical annoying doormat personality with the general public. The seme is nice overall, but he was so stoic he almost lost his presence in the manga. Idk, this just didn’t feel right, especially not their relationship. I just…….what did the seme see in the uke? Why was he head over heels? WAS he head over heels???? The uke was acting like just another fan of the seme too lol. This lowkey felt like the author’s meek self-insert with having a celebrity boy as her exclusive boyfriend, like a self-insert fanfiction. Yikes But maybe I didn’t feel it mostly cuz of the massive power imbalance Seme is also 34 while the uke is 20????????????? Wtf seme did not have to be that old? Author could’ve made him 28 y/o and it still would’ve made sense????????
