Ok so I loved it cuz of the uke’s backstory and the main characters’ dynamics. Personalities were great and the plot flowed smoothly But man this author really can’t draw any emotions huh It could be justified by the seme’s “cool” persona and the uke’s “emotionally constipated cuz of familial neglect” persona, but the expressions barely budged LOL If it was any other characters I would’ve dropped the fuck out of this manga cuz of the boring artstyle Well on another note, the uke opening up to the seme like that was adorable

SUPER PRETTY AND COOL AND UNIQUE STORY!!! Very yokai-centric and it’s got a nice lighthearted nostalgia-yokai vibes + a little bit of shounen badassery + typical yaoi lovey dovey vibes. Love it! It had a nice narrative at some points using some personal yokai history Awesome art is a plus too

Wow this is surprisingly wholesome and adorable I usually don’t like bratty ukes but this one’s so cute, blushy, considerate and assertive at the right points Friendly seme that occasionally loses it is my FAV TROPE HAHAHA so yes that was perfect

First 4 chaps are prequel to Bi no Kyoujin

Lots of yakuza melodrama I would’ve enjoyed this a lot in middle school, maybe even high school And geez the smut art style is so old-fashioned I guess that’s the overall vibe. Old-fashioned. No wonder it’s not exciting It’s a fairly thought-out plot tho, just ain’t got much to it compared to modern manga

My GAWD the character development and complexity is UNREAL IT’S SO FKN GOOD WTF I do admit the plot progression is sometimes confusing but it’s more to do with my lack of fully u Fer’s tanning the character profiles as much as I’m used to. The plot development is very smooth and amazing Anyways, a complex masterpiece. (I feel like the gang matters were a tiny bit too simplified tho? Lol)

The uke is so emotionally…constipated? Or straight up confused? Lmao he’s beyond sheltered in the ways of socializing with his peers that it confounds me Seme’s mad cool tho. And uke is cool during his work. Side chars are pretty nice too Nice shit so far :)
