The Reason Why Raeliana Ended up at the Duke's Mansion
4.5 - 5* Cute, adorable, badass, loveable characters! I do admit the character interactions between the entire cast (aka screentime) wasn’t AS well-balanced as it could’ve been, and was a tiny bit shallow/flat, but I’m just being picky lol. Was an enjoyable read and it was nice seeing the ML get all doting lover-y I laughed a lot with this. Great comedy
Mad Dog

Seikaku Kuzu De Nani Ga Warui
Hm pretty cute and wholesome but all I can see is the uke being a massively socially anxious individual..which leads him to hyperanalyze his surroundings…which, in this manga, leads to him overthinking about what other ppl thought of him and in turn acting based off of those “expectations” (e.g. “Yeah yeah say all you want I’m a pice of trash anyways”). He’s just super sensitive to other’s thoughts (which is normal for that society and age) and my pet peeve is that the seme seems to like the uke purely because the uke “sees the world in a different light”? I’m afraid of how seme will see uke once he starts to understand why the uke is the way he is…it’s not a “wow he’s so smart he thinks differently” thing, it’s more accurately a “wow you’re a pussy that excessively psychoanalyses to the point of inaccuracy” thing. Maybe I’m just framing it like this cuz I’m self-projecting tho. Maybe seme will always see it in a positive light and the relationship would be sustainable, who knows. Final extra chapter had some nice philosophical lines tho
Raising a Bat
Guilty pleasure frrrrrfrf4rfrfrfrfrfr Loved it to bits, I def got them angst chapters bookmarked There was a buttload of teen drama and scenarios and miscommunication, so much that the author’s decisions felt a little corny. Oh well, enjoyable nonetheless. In another lens this could read as a fantasy self-insert of an author that was abused by their parents lol. Had some very “and they lived happily ever after” elements. Surrogate family was too good to be true. though idk if it’s cuz I read a lotta guilty pleasure stories but this one felt a tiny bit stereotypical? Like it followed a formula I’ve seen before? Some of the directions the author took felt childish and typical, like “oh yeah let’s just kill off the child abuser parent in an accident, that’ll be his retribution.” Like ehhhh it could’ve taken a better and more novel route imo. Also the paneling near the beginning was a little awkward but the dialogue was on point. Got much better later on, including he art. Translations get a little wonky halfway but they’re still understandable, the message still delivers.

The Worst Guy in the Universe
Red Candy
Maybe it was cuz of the hiatuses and long waits, but latter part became a tad bit tedious to read (probs just cuz plot got deeper tho lol). Great story overall, the start was definitely solid and I enjoyed the ride!
Sakamoto Days
Perfect pacing, kept me engaged all 100+ chapters, amazing storytelling. Love all the characters, they’re actually super unique. Super interesting plot, I’m willing to read it till the end
