Cursed boy ("mermaid"; bonded with two fish spirits) x spirit medium (mostly swindling people) Sad (both of their pasts and some of their present) but sweet 8/10

High-ranking daughter/concubine x crown prince/emperor They are both awful people - to each other and to everyone else (just toxic) But she's so broken - there is so much pain I keep choking up and tearing up (for maybe 30 continous chapters in between) It all started with her father being an absolute failure of a father and man Beautiful artstyle Would have dropped it if it didn't force that pain onto me so well in the middle of the story Not sure if I liked how it ended (maybe it would have been better if she actually died here forcing him to wallow in misery/go crazy till his death) 7/10

Pontifex x emperor Two different species with completely different cultures -> complete misunderstandings in the first life (only shown through flashbacks) -> both responsible for not trying to learn about the differences (though B would certainly be considered abusive) Actual effort and redemption of B (who doesn't have the memories of the first life till towards the end) A lot of side characters but they all feel like distinct people (even if they didn't have a lot of screen time) 9/10

Commoner x crown prince Meh art coupled with a lot of stupidity people and stupidity 7/10

Dead soul (in twin's body) x young master (tormented by ghosts/demons) Second part of the story after reincarnation Interesting plot but with the constant porn completely getting into the way of it 7/10

Knight/hero x elf/magician 7/10

CEO/Northern emperor x southern prince/war prisoner Love them together and their story (even if there are a few small holes) Always ached the most for the general's fate and that of his friend Pretty artstyle 11/10 ♡

Duchess (reincarnated) x Duke (political marriage) It's okay but not necessarily my cup of tea (xD) Bad translation/quality 8/10

Noble daughter/empress x emperor He suffered horribly as a child but that doesn't quite excuse him being a doormat and letting his mistress run the show and ruin others (same for the villainess who also had an awful childhood but choose to become utter trash herself) Some holes and general story decisions I'm not a fan of Often bad quality translation Interesting artstyle (sometimes pretty other times not) 7/10

"Illegitimate princess" (grand sorceress' daughter; kept getting reborn whenever the world ended) x emperor ("cursed") 10/10
