This is NOT isekai. Still, it's really good. The main character is very likeable, the side characters too, the women are not sexualized and are very interesting independent characters, the background story is promising, for now I think it is doing amazing.

Veeeeeeery interesting. I usually get bothered by how the plot evolves in medical web com is, but this one is really good. Also, the romance was dropped HARD which is Great for me!

I think it's a bit too fast paced? It's a great idea with a really good execution besides that. It's missing chapter 10, though.

I saw that short comic and I knew this author's art Style was everything. And it's alpha X alpha, that's just, hm, amazing. This is really gorgeous
