It's so very different. The MC is not deluded, he's very aware of his position, more than that, he can understand everyone else's and his feelings too, he's not your stupid bullied kid falling for his bully because he's naive and dumb, what he enjoys is the person itself, not the person in relation to him, and I can understand that kind of feeling. Because the king is selfish and powerful and beautiful and truly mesmerizing, is someone you want to watch, someone whose life you wanna be part of. Oh, this is very very good. I like it better than the drama. The use of blank space here creates a solem atmosphere, the exaggerated actions from the MC towards the prince feels more centered while also they feel more believable. Also the progress in Kiyoi's reactions towards the MC is way clearer here. Finally, the clean cuts of the shadowing also helps in creating the right atmosphere. I guess the series should've been filmed more like a cult movie than a common drama, the artistic pace of the Manga doesn't translate very well to the screen both because of scenery, acting and directing. That being said, the series is still good, so you can see I hold this version with high value

It's a really good story, there are indeed way too many girls and way too many boys falling in love with them for no reason but they are not annoying stupid bitches, they are actually powerful warriors (sometimes stupid still but nonetheless), so it's endurable

I gave nothing for it, I expected nothing, oh my God, this was so fun. It's not really that funny, I'm not a fan of practical/physical comedy, but this is a nice read, I just hope more and more people learn that Tomori is a man, even if the MC stays in the dark com a while longer. And even after he learns about being a man, not knowing he's from the Shinju family (it's more likely the contrary to happen but I'd like this version better)

Now, you won't believe me, but I ended up reading this because of a doujinshi on 마리망 like wtf? An knee ways, a fucking gem, I'm absolutely in love with this! Absolutely love all the characters and wish I had the patience to re-read it because some chapters deserve to be read two, three times (which I did hihihihi)

God fuck that bitch's smile is one scary thing, ew! Anyways, this is great, I love the constant chatter, it feels like a real stream, I'm fond of the viewers lol. And the popoi are LOVELY!!! YAY Popoi!
