Short and sad. I'm not familiar with the show or whatever it is, so I'm not sure what to make of the dj, but it looks like a downer. Not the worst thing I've ever seen, but it wasn't great, either.

Very disturbing. I'm not typically a fan of magical pills that make a character super into getting raped (since that's not what happens with roofies or aphrodisiacs or anything of the sort), but the story was otherwise interesting. And quite sad. I'd read it briefly before and somehow missed that ending. Pretty fucked up.

I like it. Very creepy and unsettling. I want more creepy yaoi stories where it's obviously meant to be horrific and doesn't end with love magically blossoming.

So sad and screwed up! I can't tell if the implication is that Shirase drowned out of shock after the rape, or Shirase killed himself afterward. Either way, I feel so bad for Shirase. I wanted to cry when he was crying. Everything was going horribly in his life, then his best friend raped him, then he drowned. That's a pretty crappy way to go out. Ugh, too depressing. Now I need to read something fluffy.

Whoever is making changes on the site right now needs to stop. It's getting worse and worse. It's like all bad stuff for no reason and zero improvements. Anyway, that's beside the point. This manga was weird as hell, but it was entertaining, so hey. Definitely some bizarro stuff going on here.

Definitely strange so far, still feeling it out. I'm interested, though, so I hope it goes in a strong direction. The creepy cult is an unusual thing in yaoi manga, so I'm eager to see more of that.

Ah, so this is the one. I knew I'd read one of Miyamoto's pieces that involved a guy raping what I thought was his boyfriend, then asking him if he was still sulking afterward, like he was a big baby for being upset after being freaking raped. Gross. She's not usually that sort of writer, so it bums me out. It only gets worse from there, though, as the seme slaps him for not doing what he wants and generally treats him like shit. I'm really not sure what she was going for here. This is a classic abusive relationship, and there's really no apologizing for treating your partner that way. Not that Sakura ever tries to apologize. He just threatens him, asks him "Do you really want to make me angry?" I mean what the flying fuck? This should have ended with Sakura getting hit by a bus and spending the rest of his life as a lonely loser. Poor Ryouichi. Anyway, I mostly reread it because I'm re-reading all of her stuff, and it has a chapter that starts off the Rules universe. Because of that, I still gave it a four rating, since chapter five is the start of the Rules universe. If not for that, it would have been a two, only because I love her art. The plot of this story was so stupid. Also something I didn't really notice before, but Miyamoto Kano really has a thing for asshole semes. I knew of a few, but now I'm seeing a trend. Why are these guys all unrepentant jerks?

Hm. Fairy pretty art, but iffy translation. I appreciate the person trying at any rate. That aside, I hate some of the typical yaoi tropes happening here, but if the love triangle ends in him being with the guy who DIDN'T rape him, that'd be a nice surprise. Because it looks like he could potentially end up with the hotter guy (his rival) and not the guy who raped him, I gave it three stars, rather than two. It'll go back to two if this goes the rape to love route.

Very sweet, but the seme could be a bit of a jerk at times. I don't like it when a character is blamed for being victimized. At any rate, it was an otherwise touching story that made me cry. I'm glad there was a happy ending.

UGH. Heartbreaking and beautiful. It shows the shortsighted, selfish way a person can look at love, even to the detriment of those around them. It's so painful because he realizes what he's done way after the fact, but now it's probably too late to fix. I mean, I'm gonna go ahead and continue this in my mind, where they end up having a threeway relationship, and everyone is happy. Yeah, there we go. Haha. Also, that first sex scene was brutally hot. Holy crap.
