The premise of this everything about this felt like a dream came true ive been wanting a MCD shoujo historical manhwa for so long and this ticks ALL of the tropes that i love AAAAAA I absolutely adore million and karina’s dynamic, i can definitely see that their relationship development will grow very tenderly :(( just a very sweet and gentle love..... and i love how karina’s problems are something that is Common it makes her feel very down to earth as a character and so so likable too!!!!!!! What i love most is how her death is inevitable but through the days nearing it shes slowly healing from her family wounds with million beside her. I fee like that makes the journey with karina more personal and admirable bc despite it all!!!! She tries her best to live her life to the fullest that she can!!! AND MILLION IS SO SO KIND TOO?? sure hes a tsun but a very kind and genlte tsun :((((( his character matches so so well with karina’s ,, when he said that all of the things that happened isnt her fault and isnt childish??? Felt like i went thru a therapist session fr it felt so good to read a ml who is incredibly considerate and thoughtful with the fl!!!!!!! I LOVE THIS STORY YO aaaaa this is definitely gonna be a favourite of mine its the perfect hurt comfort story ;-;

Bc now we have room to tackle other things in the story like their budding romance and relationship as newlyweds and how they’re handling it, the political tension, Its WELL PACED!!!!!! I also have to give all my thanks and kudos to the author for creating the ml’s character design as dilfy as possible!!!!! BONUS POINTS FOR THAT!!! LADIES AND GENTS AND NONBINARY FRIENDS TBHIS IS A DILF!!!!!!!!!! THE BEARD WILL FOREVER STAY ON DURING SEX!!!!! No shaving it off im so happy the author left that in!!!! And the long messy hair!!!! Theres so much potential in this but the pacing and characters were so jarring it was almost comical dnndnd a bit frustrating too because msot of mc’s problems could be solved very easily but then again its a story we got to have some sort of plot one way or another lol I love mukya‘s infatuation with jooin they are just so cute together!! Eugene and the brother’s characters felt the most... Sudden? Like idk how else to say it except Very Jarring jsjdjd its a story who cares i know but its also expected to have atleast decent storytelling and characters. I also think that the plot pacing is just very out of whack, like jooin’s reason to just abandon the countryside cafe, zero character depth and mukya’s gap moe also felt too awkward bc it didnt flow well? I’ll be frank it felt like the author just published the initial first draft of the story in a hurry hdhd thats how bad it is to me like these characters arent well written at all lol so its hard to symphatize and immerse in their story. I just feel like the pacing and characters were insanely lacking and its sad bc the plot is really interesting!! But oh well its still a fun read though if you dont deep it too much and just read it with a grain of salt. Just empty ur brain out lol
