INSANE PAGE TURNER I can see how its not for everyone but i absolutely loved it. I couldnt put my phone down and just finished it in one go. Its such a frustrating and toxic story, but underneath all that its undeniable how well written this story is. Author gave all the main and side charas such amazing depth they all felt Real and grounded. Its a VERY unconventional love story, its toxic and infuriating and frustrating but the resolution the author did was honestly not bad. Author builded up jiwoo’s toxicity for so many chapters and to finally see eunsung break up with him was SO satisfying. Even the petty/fucked up way he treated jiwoo was satisfying to read!! And i couldnt blame him bc jiwoo was such a textbook emotional manipulator/abuser. The author rlly took a leap in how they wrote jiwoo bc its so real, and seeing jiwoo and eunsung really, REALLY fight was so intense and stressful. And even with all of that, i adore how the author doesnt write this half assedly. Each dialogue and action and pacing was done so so well. Even the conclusion of the story was written maturely. No one was right or wrong, it all boils down to such a gray morality standpoint that it was useless to point fingers at the end. Eunsung couldve made a clean break up but no he always taunted his exes and jiwoo took everything for granted until eunsung could not take it anymore. It was just pure toxicity waiting to explode and it did!! Author wrote eunsung’s monologue so well too. One thing i absolutely love is eunsung falling out of love with jiwoo and how resolute he is in this. No wishy washy writing, he did not love jiwoo anymore and jiwoo rlly had to win him back. Its so rare to see in romance stories where the mc blatanly says to the audience their lack of feelings for the ml and its honestly refreshing. and also sad but also understandable lmao The story gives u so much contradictory feelings, u just feel conflicted throughout the story and if that was the author’s intention then they did that insanely well LMAO ALSO really love the ending. Was kind of rooting for eunsung and jiwoo to separate properly but this kind of ending, with all the pacing and progression/development the author did, it felt okay. They wanted to try again, with more established boundaries and communication and thats good. Bc rlly, the whole theme of the story is about the importance of boundaries and compromise in a relationship. Hopefully if they ever want to end things, it will be on a more mature and positive note (but very unlikely to happen bc jiwoo is insanely emotionally dependent on eunsung lmao) Overall its a very addicting read. I couldnt stop from binging it all!!!! Love the writing, the pacing, the development of all characters. Its such a realistic take on relationships, its a simple 10/10 for me lmao. Just a story of very flawed characters trying to make a flawed relationship work. Its pitiful to see but it happens irl so it left me with a peculiar, mature, bittersweet aftertaste. Full 10/10 purely bc of the author’s way of depicting their relationship and development and how no one is right (except for minji and dongwoon tho ily) and that in itself is left a memorable impression on me. Gonna remember this story for a long time lol its going to go in my list of bl magnum opuses just for how well the author navigated the story of two flawed individuals and the impression it left on me. 10/10 kudos to author!!!!

LOVEEEEE ME SOME GOOD MIDDLE AGED STUBBLE LOOKING ML RAUGHHHHH this is where the flavour is at!!!! And love LOVE chako, very head strong and wears her heart on her sleeve in the most adorable way. Her first meeting with isshin was honestly great and her backstory and the stuggles shes facing as a woman is so real it honestly made me a bit depressed bc damn reality sure sucks. But im always a sucker for stories where mc who lived in the city goes back to their hometown to unwind type of plots, like litte forest. Its so so sweet and comforting. Isshin’s character development is satisfying to read too. And futaba my sweet baby TT the found family is just so heart warming, i rlly hope they make an anime or a live drama/movie of this. An anime like that of chihayafuru or akagami shirayukihime kind of atmosphere,, ahhh MANIFESTING. IT WILL HAPPEN!!!! WE NEED MORE JOSEI ANIME!!!!

this is so fucking good i love love love the angst of it all ahh AHHHH im obsessed IM SO OBSESSED i desperately hope it gets an anime especially from the studio that did violet evergarden PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!! The romantic angst!!!! PLEASE ITS JUST TOO GOOD WE NEED MORE HISTORICAL ROFAN ANGSTY SHOUJOS AND THIS IS ITTTTTTT the way oriana’s character is written is so so well done. From her enthusiastic character in the beginning when she met vince to realising that shes all alone in this journey and timeline, its so so well written. I feel tired FOR HER. The panels of her from vince’s perspective adds so much depth too, how oriana is there but u can See how emotionally distant she is at times and its all bc of the weight of his death that shes carrying by herself thats wearing her down… oh oriana TTT Ch6 where oriana convinced vince about her reality, its so fucking heart breaking oh my god and vince’s (misunderstood) realization that oh who oriana loves isnt Him but another version of Him,, the panels showing another vince beside oriana,, that shit went HARD as hell oh i love the way vince’s conflict was portrayed!! THE INDENTITY FUCKERY AHHH his reaction is so valid too EVERYONES CHARACTER IS JUST SO WELL EXECUTED AND WRITTEN IM OBSESSEDDDDD VINCE AND ORIANA’S DYNAMIC IS THE PERFECT ANGST DYNAMIC TOO sunshine mc x tsun (but sweet) ml The art is fucking gorgeous as well, the anatomy and uniform/character design is amazing, and i LOVE how they truly do look their age!!! Its heart breaking bc youre constantly reminded of how Young oriana is when all of this happened,,, even her trauma and anxiety was portrayed so well,,,,everything was just written with so much love u can really tell how much the author is enjoying in expanding the worldbuilding and characters aghh so inlove with this story ITS TEW GOOD AHHH shoujo rofans we are SO back!!!!!!!

YEAHHHHHHHH a very fun read love nokyoung’s character development albeit a bit stiff and awkward at times and very? Textbooky “i did bad before but i will be good now!” Like zero introspection into his character which is a shame to not include bc chara depth!!!!!!!!! But oh well if u just read it with thought and acceptance that Oh we are never gonna get chara depth then its easy to shut your brain when u read it lmao Kudos to the way the author wrote nokyoung and junil’s push and pull romance tho it was great like wow theres flirting in here???? Not straight to sex like whew the buildup was satisfying and the way they banter is cute too! The communication made it easier but The conflict (like nokyoung not telling junil immediately what he saw ((hanil and hyunjae kissing))) was a bit unnecessary like it definitely could have been solved quickly and nokyoung’s constant not wanting to burden junil was a bit ooc (like yall communicated just fine before?) but its okayyyyy we gotta have some drama and spice for a story lol so its bearable. The conflict of not wanting to be seen together was pretty valid from nokyoung’s side so to see it resolved without junil saying sorry and validating it felt a bit hm. Hm lol. Another funny thing is hyunjae’s switch up in character that was insanely ooc and sudden Lmao but im guessing the author wanted to wrap up things as quickly as possible so oh well lol theres a good chunk of parts and scenes where it just didnt make sense and was very dramatic and almost nonsensical but since u can see that the artist/author didnt want to highlight it that much its not that big of a deal i guess lol the story’s theme is very centered on nokyoung’s path to redemption (which should include more self conflict imo) but more? Speed run i guess? And its okay still A fun 4/5 stars, author came to write what they wanted to write with no big overarching plot that fell flat and im happy enough for that lol, characters were okay, couple dynamic was fun and the call back to their flirting (lifes not a video, you cant replay it/ we’re close enough for that) is so cute lol i love it theyre adorable good for them
