This is one of the most adorable manga I've ever read, AND it has a preternaturally apt theme and message for me in particular (re game dev). Straight to the favorites!

Comments called it bara, it's really not. Lots of different yaoi flavors though, from strangers to lovers, threesome senpai uke (2)/kouhai seme, gap moe, etc etc. I'm not sure I have a favorite, the way it surprised me just made for interesting reading. Oh! I've read some of their work before, Brand New Star. Pretty sure I really liked that one.

Unfinished predecessor to Bachi Bachi. Another anthology book with oddball scenarios. Wish I could read the rest, unfortunately even the raws aren't here.

4/5/25, ch 13 - Incredibly sweet! And quite grounded in many aspects, though it doesn't delve into either of their families or friends outside of work. As I suspected, 13 ends on a cliffhanger lol.

These are so lowkey and drama-less, in a good way! It's nice to read about a relationship just developing naturally with a whole bunch of misunderstandings and contrived obstacles.

4/6/25 Huh, a rare case where the extra is actually kinda lame. The sex they had in the main story is way better and more interesting. Friends to loves in an interesting way! A comment said they didn't believe the relationship, and it's true it happens pretty fast, but it's all at the straight guy's prompting. He definitely actually wants this, enthusiastically going 90% to get the gay guy to meet him the last 10%. I like their dynamic in the end too, with the way the cuddled to sleep with Motoki (top) under Takumi's (bottom) chin. Very cute, and speaks to their dynamic very honestly, aka, that Takumi is the more forthright of the two, while Motoki is the shy anxious one. That makes it for me, honestly. Almost forgot, this is like After 10 Hours but with less setup and drama! It's like, the quick version of that haha.

Very cute shounen ai. There's a B couple developing between the friends of rhr main couple, and they got a sequel volume!
