Story of a cat ghost (weird catlike creature) who is use to not be needed until a businessman named Chigusa picked him up in the rain next to a vending machine. Chigusa took him home, cleaned him and kept him warm. The creature (Kedama) woke up in human form and scared Chigusa but he accepted it. Now that the Kedama has a human form, it tries everything to be useful to the person who picked him up
