This is a superior shoujo. Just a cute strangers to friends to lovers manga. It doesnt feel cringey, i like how theyre so casual with their conversations and I like how direct the fml is! She’s so proactive gahdaym i wish all shoujo fml were like her. There are so many cute panels in this manga. I love their time together bcs they’re actual good friends (with some shyness at times). Their dynamic is so smooooth. I just know they’re going to be a baka couple kya~ Update : they’re now dating and yes they’re a baka couple, a cute, loving one doe. I love how much our fml cherishes and dotes on her bf. And he’s really sweet too! We’re literally seeing them grow into adults and it’s making me all blushy n shit because that typa desire seems scandalous in this fluffly shoujo. And Mizuno saying, let’s not do it otherwise we won’t be able to stop doing it and i’ll fail getting into college looool these horny kids We got a peak at their married life awwww i can’t believe the story’s over. They kept their playfulness until the end

An OG shoujo!! I’ve read this countless times back in the day. I used to find the ml so cheeky and attractive. 24y/o me still lowkey crushes on him. Reading this now is making me feel all nostalgic. I had some good times with this mangaka. She made a whole story in five chapters!

The ml’s from this mangaka are literally all so hot. I had a crush on every single one of them. They have this dreamy aura to them, it’s them eyes.

Unrequited love. The person the ml likes is such a manipulative and mean bitch. I hope he sees her true nature soon and falls for our fml. Omg the memories and feels I got reading this again now️ I used to love this story and read it countless times. I’ve even used some scenes as inspiration to write something for my french class oww. It’s a nice and cozy story.

The ml’s body has been taken over by some alien while he was trying to save the fml from the same fate. What a weird plot (for a shoujo) but it’s still so interesting!! I hope there’s not too much heartache, I am more prone to it when i’m reading a shoujo. The fml and ml protecting each other got my heart. Ahhh when Isumi’s body got taken he kept his heart to himself but when he saw that the alien was going to take her body instead, he transferred his feelings of love to « Waltz » so he wouldn’t harm her. I’m so touched by his feelings and selflessness. He’s loved her so much since their childhood but was never able to tell her. His feelings showing so strongly through Waltz is heartbreaking and touching at the same time. I hope he gets a chance to tell her. Now that the alien feels this love for the fml, I wonder how everything will unfold. The plot thickens, Isumi has gotten his body back but his feelings for the fml are still gone from when he gave them to waltz. And he’s decided to go out with someone else GAHH. A potential 2nd ml has been introduced, Zen, and he seems like a really good guy. I like him! This story is so unpredictable i’m having fun but am suffering too I’m mad with how they ended this. The last few chapters went too far and were confusing. I felt bad for Waltz as well, she was really cruel with his feelings for her. And after everything got sorted out, we didn’t get any romance to make up for lost time ugh. This could’ve been so great.

Chiaki is childhood friends with celebrity and has a crush on him bcs of that he feels far from her and she feels unworthy of him. She tries to get over him but he keeps showing he cares for her and keeps making her heart beat? Aight basically this + cute art I want to see him hurting for her tho lol or at least a blush! She’s always the one getting flustered. The ml is too popular and handsome and sweet!! And she’s all insecure arkk i need a power balance. OkAY we got more from him, he seems more aware of her now and we had him jealous as well, finally some good fucking food. Chiaki’s still too insecure tho. It’s getting annoying and embarrassing geez have some confidence. It ruins some moments and she seems so childish and uncool compared to him. She confessed to him! Girlie got balls after all. It made me like her a little more but he had to reject her bcs of his job and she’s trying to move on from him which I like! She’s not moping around too much and keeps herself busy. And he’s hurting, having to stay away too. Chapter 14 really hurt my heart for Subaru. The longing in this is highkey so good. You could tell him losing his soul over not being able to be with her. They finally both shared their feelings for each other. Subaru is so innocent with his feelings. His happiness is making him look like a child it’s so sweet
