Junior eunuch Yu Yakwoo is called Sogwija, or the cleaning demon, due to his ability to make any space immaculate. When he is re-assigned to cleaning Emperor Yi Yeon's private office and bedchambers, he finds himself working under the watchful eyes of the Emperor himself. Yi Yeon enjoys teasing his new eunuch so much but after the clueless cleaner arouses his interest the Emperor orders him to clean not only his room but polish his 'scepter' as well. As he finds himself more and more interested in Yakwoo he can't help but become frustrated at the clear line the eunuch has drawn between them.
