Business Performance
Review: I love the slow burn so much. I also like how the author delved in their past with each other, although the wording does tend to get a bit repetitive. I wonder if I’ll be able to write something like this one day. The side couple is okay, but I felt like they were being shoved down my throat the entire time. The chapters that had flashbacks were confusing. The transition between the main couple and them was very robotic, and the flow was bad. I like the art, but I kind of wish there the main couple’s dynamic was more exciting. Chapter 48
Wolves behind bars
Review: I would have rated this lower if not for the art. Don’t like the plot. The love interest is weird. Chapter 32
Have You Seen My Younger Brother?
Review: Cute. Slice of life + cultivation
Under the Green Light
Review: Pretty good. It’s been a while since I’ve read a BL with such fleshed-out backstories. It was a pleasant surprise. The description is all very sensual, and I can see the amount of thought the author put into drawing the art. It’s really amazing how the author can create a work with such dark themes that still manage to elicit a smile or laugh. Even though it’s dark, it’s an enjoyable read. I quite like the leads (Jin and Matthew). The art looks very good and even has a green tint to it. The foreshadowing in itself is interesting, and I would love to read more. Can’t believe I didn’t read this sooner smh.
