This is furry propaganda. Jk jk. They were not kidding about the reverse harem tag in this one. Literally everyone in the story likes the MC. It’s the same cliché plot where the MC undervalues herself and actually has quite a lot of merit. I want to love this, but her age really puts me off. Wdym she’s 16 and one of the potential MLs is 24??! Barf. Everyone except the MC is so annoying. The characters are all kind of flat… no growth happening. If you don’t mind that, this is a pleasant, fluffy read.

cliché premise, but i love the ml here. he’s goofy AND hot. it’s refreshing how even tho they’re a contract couple, they don’t act overly stringent. a nice twist on a familiar plot 30

Okay, whoever dropped this because of the “bad” art… I feel bad for you because it really wasn’t that bad? The characters just had realistic proportions. Plus, the recent chapters look so good! If you’re feeling hesitant to read this because of the art, please don’t. Anyway, this story is definitely frustrating at times with the MC’s indecisive character (and the leads getting interrupted at pivotal moments), but I’d say this story’s redeeming quality is the ML and the other supporting characters. The ML is SO freaking refreshing. He’s not afraid to admit he’s done wrong, he doesn’t let the MC go, and he’s so, so honest. The drama is kinda cliché at times, but again, the supporting characters make up for it. Characters I thought were potential love rivals actually (crown prince and hyme) aren’t but still support the MC and her own romance. The storytelling has above average execution! The leads are so cute; they’re head over heels for each other.

Actually really good! It’s very enjoyable watching the baby MC being so resourceful and cute. Her character is pretty realistic! I like that you can really tell she has the mentality of an adult woman in a child’s body. She’s very guarded, which makes sense. I love the art, especially the way the artist draws Charente (i’m not a simp i swear). this manhwa is a good execution of the neglected illegitimate child trope. there is obvious character development, and not everything is black and white. the characters are complex. the mc, for example, has done a lot of bad things but is trying to make up for it in her own way, same goes for her uncle and grandpa. the world setting also feels unique with the ruins and ancient artifacts. my only qualm is the slow pacing. 81 eps and she’s only five years old? huh..

if you don’t let the blood-boiling, capricious emperor ML get to you, it’s not the worst manhwa. the ML is unreasonably possessive of the MC just because she magically became more bold. the MC is a tsundere, but i like that she’s actually kind on the inside. the original saintess fl (an antagonist) is pretty typical, innocent on the outside but cunning on the inside. the characters aren’t particularly developed. i don’t feel any attachment to them. personally, i’m just reading to see what happens. it’s a mildly pleasant read in that aspect. the ml has the tiniest hint of character growth

16 i don’t know why, but i dislike the ml for some reason… and it’s not bc of his beard. i thought this would have more commentary on patriarchy, but the author just threw that plot point away.

omg this looks rly good alrdy… plus the ml is so hawt??? Update: Wow, that was actually so fluffy??? The healthiness?? THE COMMUNICATION?? The consent?? Literally S-tier. Short, sweet, and smutty. I just wonder whatever happened to the ML’s kinks?? Like, we know he’s a masochistic top but other than that one scene we don’t see too much of it… Idk if they’re completely vanilla in the end or what. Surprisingly great read.

Very interesting! This is still guideverse in a different font, but the setting combined with the zombie elements make this more of a refreshing read. The characters are relatively likable as well. Liking the slow burn and the world building! I’m absolutely digging the art style. This is tew good

eh dom/subverse isn’t my fav but if it’s this author… update: WOW. i love this approach to guideverse??? this is another one of those universes that play on societal roles (which can be likened to gender), and this is rly refreshing bc it’s not just the normal dom x sub pairing. masa is actually a switch! this author always makes bangers, and they’ve done it again with their incredible art and storytelling. i love, love, LOVE the leads’ dynamic and how the “sub” can actually like refuse the dom’s commands. it emphasizes their identities as equals. i’m always a sucker for the friends to lovers trope as well. probably the best subverse story i’ve read so far

i love this mangaka’s art style~ the premise is very dubcon-y but im kinda into it for some reason. Update: this should have been a psychological horror with the ML quite literally breaking and entering the MC's house and then sort of (?) raping him erm.... but the MC was okay with it. In the end, it was a mutualistic relationship... plus the smut was hot. i think that aspect saved this manga from being a thriller. it's not a story you should really think deep about. they were happy in the end, so good for them ig 5.5
