5 for lack of a better word, i quite like the bottom’s character. he’s just so unabashed, freaky, and he knows what he wantsss. a very funny yet short read! I think this leaned more into comedy than romance, but i enjoyed this for what it was. it def needed some more relationship development though

8 Ahh I really love this. You don’t really see archeology mixed with ML. This is really interesting and cute! Loved the metaphors/general writing style. I liked how the leads are pretty open about being gay.

At first, i was hesitant to read this, but it’s pretty good! Her skill is unique and OP, and I don’t mind the romance. it’s nice that the ML has some melanin. i’m considering reading the novel! 47

The story is so interesting! I love the art, and the side characters are all so dynamic… They also have a child, which I love. This is just so excellently written that i want more chapters right NEOW pls 56

5 this story does NOT deserve this bad of a rating. sure, this isn’t a masterpiece, but it’s a decent read. it has funny moments (misunderstanding) and is fairly enjoyable. the angst isn’t overly drawn out and feels accurate to the characters, which is refreshing. fast paced, light read

The plot is very frustrating to read. The FL is extremely passive, and it feels as though the story is just things that HAPPEN to her, not the FL actually living her life. Another thing that gets me going is the ML’s possessiveness of the FL. That’s not love? I get he’s a dragon and all, but he’s still a man… The whole plot with the FL’s brother being alive too… It feels like I’m being strung along. The plot drags too much. There’s no question that the art is absolutely gorgeous, but I hope the story becomes less frustrating… because it’s frustrating in a not-so enjoyable way. 49

am at a loss for words… This is definitely a love triangle romance, but I actually loved this? Which is kind of ironic because I tend to stay away from stuff like that. I really liked how this manga touches on the struggles of people who aren’t “normal” in society, but what even is normal? This really explores the struggles of youth and their struggles towards the future, young love, women and sexism, queerness, toxic masculinity, etc. The storytelling is great, full of complexities and nuances. All the characters have their own perspectives on things, and it feels so realistic that way. I love how they communicate honestly, and it makes everything so raw and refreshing. This is such an EXPERIENCE, and the art is lovely— and I just have so much praise for this. I would say this is kind of lacking in the romance department, but you could also say this is more school life/slice of life.

Finally not a tragic yuri… but still pretty angsty, though. I really loved this! It really showcases the very real struggles of lesbianism, having to deal with heteronormativity, homophobia, misogyny, etc. I thought it was quite refreshing that the FL is pregnant, but it’s not seen as something to be ashamed of. The storytelling is so beautiful and realistic, and even the FL’s abusive husband has trauma like he isn’t just some one dimensional bad man interfering with their relationship (though he’s still a jerk)
