30 I really like this! The themes of psychological abuse and manipulation are fairly realistic! It seems like those dark themes are more of the focus of the story, rather than the romance. I’ll be really glad to see more healing involved, once the angst and stuff passes over

27 Reallyyy like this fantasy setting! A dragon and a human hehehehe. I love the vibes that their destinies are seemingly fated to intertwine. The world building is sooo interesting

37 Hmm fake dating but I like how there’s no misunderstandings. Art is good

12 Eh read. All the characters are so stupid. The plot is random and cliché. All the plot points are solved with sex, sex, and guess what— more sex. The lore about the leads’ past life isn’t enough to make this an interesting read. Also them sharing a father is so weird…

6 Need more moobs…. AFUGAJDSJFS

This is by the same author who made possible one of my most favorite sports manga ever, Capeta. Anyway, for one, I'm so glad that nasty old man from the end of the prequel isn't the love interest but a good looking young man who's actually Subaru's age… Subaru's partnership with Nico is quite awe-inspiring as they manage to connect beyond physical limits (that is, vision). The introduction of a rivalry is quite nuanced. I like how Subaru's rival empathizes with her, thus spurring her growth. I like how this sequel focused more on unraveling Subaru's childhood trauma as she has made a name for herself as a dancer. Truly riveting, and I love the emphasis on healing and maturity. I need this to update do badly!!

The slow burn is slow burning…. AHH I love the themes of this manhwa: moving on, character growth, unrequited love… You can really see that the MC has changed to better himself, and I love that the ML spurs that growth. The misunderstandings are kinda painful at first, but I do love that they eventually communicate! It’s not perfect or pretty, but it’s communication! I also appreciate how they called out what the MC went through that traumatized him what it was— grooming. They handle this topic really well, and it shows in how the MC interacts with other people. Such a fleshed out character!

6.5 Loveee the fashion elements! The punk is so cool lol. Gorgeous art, cute relationship. Doesn’t overstay it’s welcome. The story isn’t the best written, but it’s still an Enjoyable, light read.

27 I love that the ML leaves that toxic “friend” who was emotionally manipulating him aljfjdjdjd. It’s so refreshing that the MC cares for him, waits for him, to heal…. I LOVE THEM
