After Being Reborn, I Became the Strongest to Save Everyone
at first, i was put off by that tina girl… (she’s rly annoying and likes the mc) but this is actually pretty good. it’s a different sort of isekai that acknowledges the changes in the mc’s world after rebirth. i like how it focus on the relationships between the characters! even the “villains” aren’t one-dimensional (e.g. Felix who the MC faces off in the beginning). one thing that isn’t really my cup of tea is the bouts of romantic subplot… the prince snd the maid? really? anyway, looking past that… really interesting. hope more people give this a second chance
My Younger Sister Was a Genius
56 seems promising! i like that the mc is a composer
The Grand Duke is Mine
63 this is quite good. the flow and the pacing is just right. the story doesn’t feel lacking, and i like the main characters! the mc’s journey is very mystifying. i like that she’s independent to an extent, opening up her own clothes shop for the nobility and such. the ml hiding his identity also makes sense story-wise
Da Capo
I love this. Love reading manhwa about music! Very uplifting themes combined with school life. The characters are funny, and the MC is relatable.
Red and Mad
At first, I found this story to be very confusing with the world building and all (plus all the things not explained about this future the MC travels to). Now, I find it quite interesting! I think it does get better as it goes on. It’s darker than I first imagined, but I think the MC’s reactions are quite realistic. The dynamic between her and Ram is kind of weird (she’s technically his subordinate and the dude apparently hates humans). Not sure how the romance subplot will unfold. The plot is very creative, though. From the MC’s ability to the unique setting— I’ve never read anything like this before.
Medical Return Webtoon
The best doctor manhwa I’ve ever read. Seriously. The author blended the medical moments/action and information splendidly with the additional layer of drama antagonist Sangmin’s father (and maybe even Sangmin himself) added to the story. The romance here I don’t can even be called a romance because it was just part of the MC’s life story I think. The only thing this manhwa lacked was proper closure for Sangmin. Despite his sins, I wasn’t a fan of how the MC basically just ignores Sangmin and didn’t even approach him after he is jailed because it was clear that Sangmin has his own story to tell but doesn’t get the chance to. Because of that, the ending was a little lackluster for me. Still, I liked most of the characters. The supporting cast of the MC made the heavy drama more lighthearted and comedic. The writing was just so complex for the characters. I liked how they even though the MC is blessed by angels and all, he has his own share of failures and faults. I also think Sangmin’s dichotomies were portrayed well. On one hand he’s an amazing doctor and heir to a hospital but always comes second to Jihyun. He wears a smiling facade but suffers from a mental illness and suppresses his true emotions. With exception to the ending, the writing was freaking masterful. I loved this so much!!
Even if the Villain's Daughter Regresses
32 Interesting! I’m liking the leads’ relationship development. The art is really good
Carnephelia's Curse is Never Ending
98 The slow burn is so painful at the start… Barely embers BUT I do love how this is more plot focused. The MC is calculating and is focused on her mission in taking down the kingdom. The writing expresses the MC’s emotional turmoil fairly well. This makes for an interesting drama with monarchy politics and what. Good read.
An Insincere Idol’s Blank Slate
I don’t think it deserves this rating tbh. The MC is kind of sharp but he cares for his members. I like the comedy!
