I'm getting harem vibes, and I don't like it. What happened to the MC's character? Perhaps it indicates the change of his attitude towards life, but it really feels like he's a different person compared to the character he was before. Makes him a bit boring in a sense. I would have liked to.see stronger character development. It'll be interesting to see how he approaches medicine in a fantasy world. The pacing is also super fast, and I don't particularly like any of the characters. Don't like the romantic subtext. Extremely boring, and I don't like how it's becoming your average overpowered fantasy.

A trope I've only ever seen in danmei novels. Excellent! Really hoping there won't be a love angle. ;-; One can dream! It's funny and has a good setting but I have yet to see what sets this apart from the others. Update: I still like this, but I think the plot's becoming a little too convoluted and even depressing? Like no more comedy… But I guess that's what I signed up for when I realized this had a love angle. They're really focusing on returning to the "real" world. It just turned into a cycle of miscommunication, lies, and drama. O.O I do like this, but I think this cup of tea is souring for me. Last update: So yeah, the ending was like a convoluted melodrama. Glad they're happy tho even stupid Mujin (the second ML)… I'm glad it felt more ordinary after all the drama. The amount of emotional turmoil this put my through—
