And man I was kinda dissatisfied with the story in the beginning Bc the FL Emma seemed to nice, like the typical Mary Sue “even if someone tries to hurt me I’ll still forgive them Bc I’m a good natured person” like no, if someone who was my friend backstabbed me, no way I’d forgive her…that’s why the only person I stan (aside from Elios/Farah) is Hanamika Bc man the why she slapped the backstabbing friend and was the only logical character in the end was so satisfying. #girlboss . But the author really had us against Elios in the beginning Bc he was a manipulative Yandere….but then turns out it was really Emma who was doing all to herself the whole that. MAN THE PLOT TWIST that she was really the Yandere and not Elios…that was wild. I was a bit concerned that Yohan was willing to give it all up for Emma, like he was the most rational and logical one in the whole series and then he pulls this shit sighhh. As much as I wanted to be on Emma’s side Bc We know of her trauma….I still can’t forgive her for what she did to Elios and Farrah, even if she didn’t mean to, she still hurt them. Just Bc you have Trauma never makes it right for you to hurt other innocent ppl…that’s why even ppl who get abused by their parents/bullied in school and become a school shooter still have to pay the price and go to jail…either way i was content with the ending, with Emma going to jail, Yohan moving on, and surprisingly elios and Farrah still alive and living happily together. I would’ve been upset if Yohan still would’ve chased after Emma but im glad he’s moving on with his life and Emma’s finally getting the help she needs. Overall good suspenseful read!

Ch 85, complete!! Wooow what a ride that story was!!! All the plot twists and turns were so fun, literally had me guessing and on the edge of my seat until the very end. I really liked al the characters even the bad ones. The FL’s friend Serin, who at the end of the day was always a true friend. The gloomy coworker who hated the FL but still saved her. Bro even the crazy head writer, she was just a girl who cracked under al the pressure. So they a had their quirks and made it so I really couldn’t hate anyone. The author really had me at first tho Bc I thought the scholar was the ML. They had so many moments together, they even kissed! And he was so sweet to her….but then it was the landlord who was the true main male lead. And while it all makes sense at the end why he’s the main ML, I can’t help but still feel my 2ML syndrome for the scholar Bc man, he was cute too. Maybe they should’ve just went the harem route Lolol. Anyways very nice read overall.

Ch 131 complete!! this story is so fûcking good! So suspenseful! I cant really hate any of the characters Bc I understand everyone’s motivations and actions. Even makes some antagonist not totally hateful bc I understand why they do the things they do…BUT THE ML.. I STILL HATE THAT FUCKER. Never before have I ever been so confused on whether I like the ML or not…well assuming the emperor is the ML, there are times when I liked him, but most times his fakeness just made me hate him. Idek how the FL likes him still, after everything he’s done to you how do you still have feelings for him?? Like bro. Idk, I won’t be happy until I see that man grovel and beg. Hell I just want to understand why he’s so sus. Ugh. And the 2ML the knight makes me so sad man, he’s liked her both in real life and in this game…my heart is in so much pain for him, bc gave up everything for her and she likes some douchebag who toys with her feelings and other girls in front of her. Ugh. All the cliffhangers will be the death of me….so now that I finished the story…WOW JUST WOW. The author does not miss. I was hit with plot twist after plot twist, and the story seemed so dark I didn’t think the characters were gonna get a happy ending but thank god the author concluded it in a way that was happy enough and made sense. I especially liked the realistic in depth historical epilogue, I actually thought it was the actual history at first lmaooo, but wow this story was such a good ride, I couldn’t hate any of the characters (maybe just the queen dowger or the crazy psycho blonde princess) bc most evil ppl had their reasonings…well the brown haired girl moonmoon reason was stupid, throwing away and betraying everyone for the emperor who couldn’t care less about her…but hey ig it’s true ppl’s emotions make them do crazy things, but for sure my fav characters were the blue haired dethroned empress and the cute pure pink haired concubine, those two are too pure for this world. Ahh I really liked this story 10/10
