I'm not sure if they really were brothers or not because what the mom said isn't revealed. But I guess with how the brother said his last words, they're definitely blood related brothers. DAMN, the angst of their side story is really dark and heavy. Bro even made an attempted rape??? I kinda felt bad for him he got so twisted with his affection. Also, the doctor is such a jerk most of the times. Like I couldn't understand his intentions. I felt Doyun's anxiety as if it's mine lmao. P.P.S. Anyways, main story is full of cute, funny, fluffy antics but side story is full of dark heavy angst. Also, it doesn't feel like it ended. Too much unresolved issues regarding those three.
