There was this one chapter where the mc celebrated at a place and drank with his block-mates. The mc got drunk, and then the ml (hoobae/junior of the mc?) brought the mc back to his place. The ml saw the mc’s place filled with soft and cute decorations, including plush toys contradicting his bad boy demeanor. The next day, the ml blackmailed the mc into getting the mc sleep with him.

Okay so it's about a police commissioner basically a top officer or something and some ex gangster that runs a flower shop he still has some comic relief background characters that were is former gangsta cohorts.
