I've had MDD (Major Depressive Disorder) for a couple of years now and the best advice I can give you is to first of all, take a break. Just go ahead and lay down and sleep if that's what you want to do. Do things that make you happy, even if it's self indulgent and seemingly unproductive. If nothing makes you happy currently, then that's okay too.......   reply
