in omegaverse alpha females can impregnate people as well. so yeah if it's an alpha female and omega female (or male) the alpha can impregnate the omega. the clitoris basically becomes a penis when she's aroused, and that's how she impregnates others. omegaverse with alpha females is more common in western fanfiction than in manga i think.   reply
