Yes, thank you! So do I. I don't know why it happens or when it happens, but sometimes it's just there and I'm like "welp time to deal with this I guess." And by deal, I mean do nothing for the day cuz I'm sad. For NO REASON. Worst part is, stress has decided to join the fight. Now I just sit there and suddenly feel stressed out and start panicking...... reply
