I have never been in a relationship before so I have zero experience but of the many yaoi I've read, I at least think that the little things my boyfriend/girlfriend do that possibly will make my heart go UwU would be:

Personally, for some reason, I feel really "disgusted" by the idea of being in a relationship with my best friend/friend/classmate because, for some reason, it feels so "incestuous" for me.
