It's pedophilia, which is disgusting to most people (self included). I'm not trying to be self-righteous or anything, it's just-- literally looking at it makes me feel sick. I'm 25, and I can't stand shota. The few times I've visited the homepage of myreadingmanga, I've seen cover images of children in explicit poses, and it's disgusting. I read shota from time to time. It sometimes disgust me. Sometimes not really. But I don't think it shouldn't exist because of that. If it disgusts you then just don't read it. I don't think it should be made. Ever. It's gross and panders to actual predators. It slowly paints these people's sick fantasies as normal, and that can be harmful to actual children when a pedo wants to experience it first hand instead of in comic form.
