Are you with your friend because of how she looks? If so you're shallow and stupid and childish. To threaten your friend over a nose job that honestly has nothing to do with you is ridiculous. I understand that you just want to save her from making a mistake that is irreversible but threatening her with your friendship is not the way. You should stand with her no matter what she chooses to do. I'd research on videos of the negative impact of plastic surgery and the risks of it to show them to her. sometimes it's not your call, and holding your decade old friendship over her head like this is immature and i doubt will really change her views on anything. insecurity isn't something that can be changed so easily; if she decides to go through with it, it ultimately is her choice. just be a good friend and support her. remind her that she's beaut......   reply

She may think the photoshopped image is the more beautiful version of herself and she wants that image to become her reality.
