I'd try to be healthy first at least.... Many diets are harmful and are only meant for a short time..... It also depends on how fast and slow your metabolism is.... try to lower your cholesterol first... Cut down on high cholesterol foods and manage stress levels.... I do the fasting method. Then do the calorie restriction diet. Basically u eat everything u want but at a certain limit. It works for me. But after losing 20kg it stop working. And I change my diet again. Don't stick to just one diet. Still fasting and I still eat sugary thing now. Now I lost another 15kg. Im an emotional binge eater too. But when ......   1 reply
