Wouldn't call it a Yaoi but the main guy is homosexual. If you want a read an insight of about how Japanese society treats LGBTQ people I recommend you the manga Shiminami Tasogare. Thank you for Spring Snow, I didn't know it and now I do (crying...). About unpopular BL manga - mine is Konna Koi mo Warukunai (that's the one that comes to mind right now). There are a lot of popular series which also have good plots such as: Life Senjou no Bokura, King's Maker, etc... I bet everyone on this site knows them.
but now I'm looking for rare gems to read. They have low views (maybe total view is under 3000k or sth?) but very good plots and characters.

I have some on my list such as 3 Ban Sen no Campanella, Spring Snow, Tsumasaki Ni Kourozu, Kabe no Naka no Tenshi, etc...
