Break Old Habits

I spend most of my time reading in AO3 or here in mangago. I read to much that I wound forsake my sleep to continue reading more which is really bad for my health(my immune system has been F*ck*d up since the pandemic happened). But not reading or visiting this site during specific time would make me feel anxious   7 reply

When I feel anxious or stressed I tend to like to add pressure in body to calm myself down or regulate my emotions. It usually biting my fingers usually my thumbs.   2 reply

like i literally cant stop and my friends playfully make fun of my nails no joke i never had long nails before, or nails that even show a bit of white on the tips. i always bite them so short. but recently (more than 2 weeks) im trying so hard to not bite them andddd im so proud of it!! like i can actually see the white tips??? but one problem i......   4 reply

I used to bite my nails every single time i see a small white tip. Then i saw how my older sisters’ have long beautiful candle-like fingers with pretty nail arts so i decided to grow out my nails like theirs.
