Yea I honestly just drink warm brown sugar water or warm water in general and then I just put a pillow, blanket or something on my stomach and hug it. It helps a bit.   reply

I can relate, I ONLY get painful cramps while on my period, I take some painkillers or Advil, and use a warming pad. Anyway, feel better hun!ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ﾉ~   reply
