i did it when i was a kid , it was an unshakable habit but since my parents work in the medical field, they know how unhygienic it is so they showed me these photos of worms in intestines and said that if i don’t stop biting my nails, my intestines gon’ be full of worms. it worked and i stopped immediately   1 reply
