I love both of them! I mean, I do think I have a preference for SH at the moment, but before that I preferred JR! I have watched both anime multiple times and read the manga more than once as well. And it has really varied which couple I preferred when. But yeah, oké fine, I guess it's SH for me at the moment with Takano and Ritsu being my fav......   reply

My first YAOI Manga was Junjou Romantica .... It was very different from ANIME and that was a surprise to me kakakaka the hands were soooooo big and the art just little weird... but the story was so great and I loved Misaki and Usagi ...   3 reply

I prefer Sekaiichi Hatsukoi. I definitely have a weak spot for tsunderes and complicated histories (Takano&Onodera) and Yukina&Kisa are probably my favourite JR/SIH couple. Sekaiichi Hatsukoi (anime) was also what got me reading yaoi.   1 reply

I can relate to some of what you said... stuff like not having good self-esteem but at the same time having perfectionist standards for yourself and people... and relating to BL characters' feelings and getting reassurance from it. And yeah, having personal and mental issues going on can make things hard to deal with, too, so I can understand that ......   reply

They're both so good and sweet and funny and everything ;) Can't choose! although I prefer the story of Sekaiichi Hatsukoi, I think Usagi&Misaki's relationship is sweeter than Takano&Ritsu's. Maybe because Misaki is more honest abt his feelings than Ritsu ^^ And I love much more the side stories in JR than in SH.(▰˘◡˘▰)   reply

I like Junjou Romantica more because I really enjoy the relationship between Nowaki and Hiroki. They have a lot of sweet and touching moments together and I like seeing them deal with struggles as a couple. It was the first BL series to ever make me cry. Both are good series though but Junjou Romantica is just more special to me, maybe because Hiro......   3 reply
