Omg when mangago malfunctioned just now it took me back to when the site was taken down a few years ago and almost all of us moved to Mangaowl and THEN that site also got taken down so we thought we were cooked... I imagine us as that ant meme carrying a stick and a trash bag.

It's purely for information control. Every other large social media is based in USA, so they can be pressured to quiet down certain opinions(e.g. meta deleting pro-palestine content and lowering engagement on any post that mentions anything related). Idk..might be a hot take but I think at this point even the idols and the people around them know what's going on and they give fans what they want. They make me wanna kill myself and for some reason i mostly see that its between 2 male idols too idk why i dont mind reading BL but when it comes to 2 real men that get shipped with each other i get the ick especially when none of them confirms that theyre ok w it. Even worse when you can clearly see that they are forcing themselves to interact with a member because fans started shipping them. Companies are quick to latch onto this kind of thing.
