Right now, it's Sheric (Shell & Eric) from "Blood Bank". MakoHaru and SouMako from "Free!" (also MakoJay, but that's an inside joke so it doesn't really count), MikaYuu from "Seraph of the End", and Victuuri from "Yuri!!! On Ice" also are on the top OTP list. But Sheric is the ultimate right now (plus MakoJay).
