never had severe ones, but when little pimples do pop up, i usually pop em. (that's not recommended. DONT DO IT. it's just that i know my skin and i know once i pop it, it'll just go away.) if it's in a less visible place then i leave em alone, wash it thoroughly with water and soap. just take care of it till it goes away, i guess.
