You don't judge people based on their looks or their capabilities.
You look at the person as a whole; their personality, qualities and individual traits such as a snorted laugh for example.
But to be honest I don't really know it's not an easy answer to give. Each person has their own strengths and weakness's you don't actually know until it's happ......
