How did you react to your first really detailed yaoi scenes?

I was shocked and disgusted. It was probably middle school/early high school and I've always been sexually repressed and unhealthily religious (Christian). Discovering yaoi (especially the one I first found which was particularly unwholesome), I was really disturbed. I thought of the people who shared it, "These people are disgusting sinners!"
