Seconding Mameiha's suggestions Feeding Lamb and Hoshi no Yakata!
I recommend Gamerz Heaven Director's Cut 3, which contains guro in the latter half of the chapter. Was a bit uneasy with Feeding Lamb, but hey. Several murderers liken killing to a regular walk in the park.
