Kidzudarake no Hakoniwa by Maki Masaki is pretty hardcore imo. It features a yandere hottie as the seme!
Also, Yandere Hitotsu Yane no Shita by Akane Haru is pretty hardcore.
Any manga written by Sakira is also pretty hardcore and smexy.
