I'm not usually bothered by it unless it is a situation where the uke is trapped (as in cannot leave the relationship because he is trapped somewhere, stuck needing a job or the seme charms the uke's friends/family, etc...) and falls in love anyways or where the rapist blames the uke. And I do prefer that when it is in the story that if it is done ......
