There aren't really any anime that i *hate* but there have been several popular series i just can't get into...i watched the 1st few episodes of each and had no interest in them:
Soul Eater
Full Metal Alchemy
Death Note
There are a couple of shows that I kinda hate myself for having wasted the time to watch:
