Main character was really smart but after an accident he’s IQ went down or something and he was i think taking money from his family company or something ? I’m not sure and love interest was his childhood boyfriend and he wanted revenge for leaving him or something like that i really don’t remember it well. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME I NEED TO FIND THIS
