How to clean properly after masterbation(I'm a girl)

There are fluids coming out after I jerking off, even I use tissue to remove them there's still some of it coming out later. I haven't had sex yet so I don't know how to clean inside properly. And also should I clean immediately after masterbating or wait till it becomes not that sensitive? And is there any negative impact jerking off too often for girl(2-3times a day) I didn't put my fingers inside but after keep jerking off for a while the outer parts become not tight I afraid there's problem.
