Do you prefer the first person's POV or the third?

I'm really curious about that. Of course it depends on the storyline but in general i wanna hear some opinions.
1st or 3rd person's pov? and why?

for books, i prefer third person. but in webtoons/mangas i prefer first person so i could see their thoughts reply
