HELP ME OUT PLEASE

Any song about hopeless crush or a song about admiring someone? Im planning to make a cover and send it to my crush on New year's.

Well if you want more details to match my situation, Im a female bi whos into a les (shes not girly at all, she acts and behaves like a guy). We never really talked since we only met once. I barely know her at all, and yet I know I have no chance with her because shes way out of my league. Any good song? Preferably similar to joji, lany or lauv songs type of chill vibe, but singable and playable on uke and/or piano.

I was thinking of "Mean It" by lany and lauv but its not singable as a cover haha. I was also thinking about "Shes So High" by Tal Bachman or "Smile" by Uncle Cracker because the lyrics hit home. But they sound too sad, dreamy or solemn, you know what i mean ++theyre already overused(?) old songs (dont attack me please ) so im saving them for last choice
