Do some manga/manhwa sometimes diasappear on some of your albums?

So each account have this "I want to read", "I'm reading", and "I already read" album list.

I notice that sometimes, some of the mangas/manhwas seems to disappear from these albums/list. Is this happening to you as well or is it just me?
