Have you ever been hit on/confessed to?

While I was still in high school I went shoe shopping with my mom for prom and she left me alone to go to the restroom. And, the split second she left some dude comes up to me and says "Hi! You are SO pretty! My name's h/n." and he reached out his hand so I just acted polite even tho I was a little weirded out under the circumstances. (keep in mind im like super socially awkward so idk how to respond to that)

It turned out that he worked there but I was a lil skeptical so I bolted out of there (after he walked off) to go where my mom was and we went back tgt after. But, to make things even more awkward a classmate that I knew worked there and she saw the whole thing from earlier. We laughed ab it when I went to say hi and out of curiosity I asked how old he was and she signed w her hand 24 and I was flabbergasted cuz I knew he was older than be but not that much older.

She also told me later on at school that she told him that I was a minor and he responded like "Is that weird?" (/TДT)/ and I was like nahhhh not only did he think I was old he still wasn't certain if that was weird or not after finding out my age??? Mans is fixing to catch a case fr (joke)

But, in the end I always tend to meet the strangest ppl whenever I do go outside (although I do appreciate those who seem genuine like shoe guy he just need to learn to ask ab age first-)
